If you do not need to earn professional hours/CEUs, you do NOT need to register and may watch all sessions free of charge. Recorded sessions and presentation handouts will be available for viewing through the schedule beginning Monday, August 3.
If you would like to earn professional credits (for Act 48, ASHA, BACB, Psych, Social Work, Infant/Toddler, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy) by watching recorded sessions, you must register for remote attendance by 5:00 p.m. (ET), Thursday, August 6.
All registered remote participants will receive an email just prior to the conference with instructions and forms for completing the requirements to earn professional hours/CEUs. This email will include the Session Attendance Verification Form and quiz instructions (one brief quiz per session), which must be completed in full by Friday, September 4. The form must include session numbers and the verification codes provided during the respective session. September 4 is a firm deadline.

$0 (fees waived) — Pennsylvania parent/guardian living with ASD requiring accreditations
$0 (fees waived) — Pennsylvania public educator (employed at any PA public school district, intermediate unit, approved private school*, or charter school)

$150 — Pennsylvania professional NOT in public education (all other agencies, medical providers, mental health providers, or private schools)
$375 — Out-of-state professional (registration received on or before July 30)
$450 — Out-of-state professional (registration received after July 30)

If you need to pay with a check, money order, credit card, purchase order, or letter of authorization from your employer or sponsoring organization, please download the Printable Registration Form (PDF). Purchase orders or checks (payable to “Penn State”) must include registration forms for each individual. For reference, Penn State’s Federal ID Number is 24-6000376.
All remote attendance registrations must be received by 5:00 p.m. (ET), Thursday, August 6.
Penn State Conferences will confirm your registration. You will be alerted promptly of any cancellations or changes. If some unforeseen event forces Penn State to cancel or postpone the program, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee; however, the University cannot be held responsible for any related costs, including cancellation fees assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
If your request to withdraw is received by Friday, July 17, we can issue a partial refund. Send your written request by fax to 814-863-5190 or by email to email@example.com. An administrative fee of $50 will be charged for each withdrawal.
Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may identify a substitute. A full refund will be issued after the substitution registration has been completed. A registration form and full payment by the substitute are required. Substitutes are eligible to register at the same fee.
