If you are unable to attend the conference in person and would like to earn professional credits (for Act 48, BACB, and/or Psych) by watching live-streamed sessions during the conference or archived sessions after the conference, you must register by 5:00 p.m. (ET), Thursday, August 8 (deadline) for remote attendance.
You may also register by completing and mailing or faxing the printable registration form (PDF). Purchase orders or checks (payable to “Penn State”) must include registration forms for each individual. For reference, Penn State’s Federal ID Number is 24-6000376. Group rates are not available for this conference.
All registered remote participants will receive an email just prior to the conference with instructions and forms for completing the requirements to earn CEUs. This email will include the Session Attendance Verification Form, which must be completed by August 30 in full (must include session numbers and the verification codes provided during the respective live streamed and/or archived sessions). August 30 is a firm deadline.
- American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Continuing Education Units (ASHA CEUS) are not available through remote attendance. ASHA members can print a certificate of attendance for their records to self-report certificate maintenance hours (CMH).
- Social work contact hours are not available through remote attendance. If you are in need of social work contact hours, you must attend the conference in person.
Purchase orders or checks must include registration forms for each individual. Group rates are not available for this conference.

Penn State Conferences will confirm your registration. You will be alerted promptly of any cancellations or changes. If some unforeseen event forces Penn State to cancel or postpone the program, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee; however, the University cannot be held responsible for any related costs, including cancellation fees assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
If your request to withdraw is received by Friday, July 19, we can issue a partial refund. Send your written request by fax to 814-863-5190 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. An administrative fee of $50 will be charged for each withdrawal.
Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may identify a substitute. A full refund will be issued after the substitution registration has been completed. A registration form and full payment by the substitute are required. Substitutes are eligible to register at the same fee.
