Professional credits may be earned during or after the conference by registering for remote attendance. The deadline for earning credits for 2018 has passed.
In order to receive CEU/contact hours (for Act 48, BACB and/or Psych), registration and payment are required (see below). Important note: American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) contact hours cannot be earned through remote attendance. ASHA members can print and submit certificates of attendance directly to ASHA for consideration as certificate maintenance hours (CMH). Note: social work contact hours are not available through remote attendance. If you are in need of social work contact hours, you must attend the conference in person.
How to Register for Remote Attendance (earn CEUs)
Note: It is not permissable to both attend the conference in person and via remote attendance.
- Pennsylvania educational professionals: $175 fee
- Non-Pennsylvania professionals: $375 fee

Requirements to Earn CEUs
All registered remote participants will receive an email just prior to the conference with instructions and forms for completing the requirements to earn CEUs. This email will include the Session Attendance Verification Form, which must be completed by August 31 in full (must include session numbers and the verification codes provided during the respective live streamed and/or archived sessions).

Penn State Conferences will confirm your registration. You will be alerted promptly of any cancellations or changes. If some unforeseen event forces Penn State to cancel or postpone the program, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee; however, the University cannot be held responsible for any related costs, including cancellation fees assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
If your request to withdraw is received by Friday, July 20, we can issue a partial refund. Send your written request by fax to 814-863-5190 or by email to [email protected]. An administrative fee of $50 will be charged for each withdrawal.
Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may identify a substitute. A full refund will be issued after the substitution registration has been completed. A registration form and full payment by the substitute are required. Substitutes are eligible to register at the same fee.
