The program is held at The Penn Stater Hotel & Conference Center, one of the largest university-based conference center hotels of its kind in the country. The Penn Stater, part of Penn State’s Innovation Park, features renovated rooms, extensive meeting facilities, and excellent restaurants. 

You are responsible for making your own hotel reservation and payment. We recommend that you make the State College/University Park Airport your final airport destination. Please inquire with your hotel if they offer courtesy airport transportation. Taxis are often located outside of the airport baggage claim area, curbside. Participants are responsible for arranging ground transportation between the airport, hotels, and conference site.
