Verifying Attendance to Earn CEUs

All in-person conference attendees seeking continuing education hours, including Act 48, must complete and turn-in the session verification form (provided in the conference folder) at the conference registration desk on their last day of attendance. An individual’s professional ID/license number and the session verification codes for each session attended must be on the form.

If you are unable to attend the conference in person, you can earn CEUs by registering for remote conference attendance. All registered remote participants will receive an email just prior to the conference with instructions and forms for completing the requirements to earn CEUs.

Penn State will report Act 48 hours to the Pennsylvania Department of Education for the educator. Proper authorization is necessary and, to ensure that Act 48 hours are reportable, certain data is required. This includes the educator’s full name, PPID number, and signature.
