Audrey Banzhaf

Audrey Banzhaf, M.Ed., BCBA, received her bachelor of science degree from Gwynedd Mercy University, and her master of education degree in behavior analysis from Arizona State University. She has served students with autism and other related disabilities since 2010. Banzhaf began her career in the field of behavior analysis as an in-home therapist, implementing programs utilizing B.F. Skinner's conceptual analysis of verbal behavior. Starting in 2012, she began working as a secondary teacher at a private school setting, providing direct instruction to the students while supporting staff and developing programming. In 2015, Banzhaf began working as the internal coach in the School District of Lancaster. Her responsibilities include training staff on research-based teaching procedures and program review and developing systems for data-based decision making. Banzhaf continues to provide private instruction and consultation services for individuals diagnosed with autism.
