If you do not need CEU/contact hours, you may watch the live and/or archived sessions free of charge and do not need to submit a registration form.
In order to receive CEU/contact hours, however, registration (access the forms on this page) and payment are required, and the following CEUs may be earned:
- Act 48, up to TBA (per sessions scheduled for webcasting)
- BACB, up to TBA (per sessions scheduled for webcasting)
- Psych, up to TBA (per sessions scheduled for webcasting)
Important note: American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) contact hours are not eligible through webcasting. Social work contact hours are also not eligible through webcasting. If you are in need of ASHA and/or social work contact hours, you must attend the conference in person.
How to Register (required only if requesting CEUs)
- Pennsylvania educational professionals: $175 fee
- Non-Pennsylvania professionals: $375 fee
You can register by credit card payment via the online registration form (the fee may be paid by American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa).

Instructions for Registered Webcasting Participants (to receive CEUs)
The archived sessions will be posted on the WPSU website as they become available (likely within 48 hours).
All registered webcasting participants will receive by email on Friday, July 28, a Session Attendance Verification Form prior to the conference, to receive contact hours. This form must be completed in full (must include session numbers and the verification codes provided during the respective webcasting sessions. Note: If a person watches less than three hours total of webcasting, no CEUs can be awarded to the individual.)

All registrations must be received by 1:00 p.m. (ET) on Friday, July 28; after this date webcasting registration is closed.
Penn State Conferences will confirm your registration. You will be alerted promptly of any cancellations or changes. If some unforeseen event forces Penn State to cancel or postpone the program, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee; however, the University cannot be held responsible for any related costs, including cancellation fees assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
If your request to withdraw is received by Friday, July 14, we can issue a partial refund. Send your written request by fax to 814-863-5190 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. An administrative fee of $50 will be charged for each withdrawal.
Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may identify a substitute. A full refund will be issued after the substitution registration has been completed. A registration form and full payment by the substitute are required. Substitutes are eligible to register at the same fee.
